2hrs in and out. Some folks said they were here since yesterday. Good luck. Lady said 1hr before appointment is fine.
I appreciate the staff taking me in one hour early for my appointment. Easy access and friendly staff, especially the forklift operator. Check-in was smooth, and both ladies were respectful. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is that I felt like there was some competition between the check-in ladies, and the older white lady was bossy and made the Black woman seem uncomfortable. I noticed this during both check-in and check-out. Other than that, everything was completely fine and respectful.
