My car was broken into Thursday evening. I called Suad at Exel Auto glass in M. View Friday morning. He got the replacement glass for the damaged window and installed it by Friday afternoon. Observing the way he performed the replacement, it is clear he's very experienced, competent and thorough (e.g. he carefully checked the nooks and crannies around the motor assembly, and removed small shards of glass which could have hindered the window movement).
