These people do NOT move at the speed of business. Slow and unorganized, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Their overflow for trucks is a gravel lot with massive pot holes! These idiots don't need to be doing this. Trailers are never ready and they're in no hurry to do it either.
Lots of drivers are having to wait 6 or more hours past appointment time to get loaded some are just leaving others are getting right in. My appt. Was at 1600 they told me probably 2200 is when i may get a call. But i did not get a dock until 0530 the next day and a red light at 0930 and its 1041 and i am still waiting So just be prepared. Friendly people though. There is an available clean restroom 24/7. pizza delivery is also available nearby.
