Extremely poor customer service for such a prestigious Japanese brand. GT04XD clutch is posted all over the internet yet nothing is available anywhere. Vendors calling Exedy were told availability is now indefinite so they all pulled their listings due to Exedys response. What the hell does that mean? Called tried to cancel an order, customer service representative could not look up an order any other way but a PO. Conveniently after the order not shipping for 3 weeks, the day I call saying I want to cancel, the order ships out an hour after getting off the phone with them.
