We've had our Mitel 5000 for almost 7 years now. It just runs. Very little maintenance required. The one issue we did experience quite recently involved our PRI card going out. Andy from Executone met me on a Sunday and gave me a replacement card immediately to get my system back up and running. Any time we've called, service has been exemplary.
