Dr. Cook was very thorough. He went through everything he was going to do in words we could understand. He asked if we had any questions and answered everything. He was very caring. The nurses were excellent as well. Dr. Cook explained all that he found after the procedure . When my husband was discharged, the nurse went over everything and made sure we understood everything.
