On Tuesday, February 3, I had a 915 appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours they finally called me in. The medical care I received was top-notch by the doctor and the nurses. That is no excuse to have patients waiting around for two hours. This all took place after I had a 1015 appointment on January 30, When I had a similar experience of waiting in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours and almost 2 1/2 hour total doctors office visit.
