Leaving a very bad review. This is the third time we’ve used this company for my children’s field trips, and every single time there have been issues with the buses — either braking problems or no A/C. On our recent trip to DC, the bus broke down on top of the Bay Bridge. The driver pulled over and said the bus was overheating and had to shut the A/C off. Trip to Hersey Park, we had a good driver but the conditions of the bus was horrible. The bathroom was terrible. No bathroom should smell like that a soon as you get on bus. Bathroom should be cleaned before each rental.

No trucks or buses in the left lane in tunnels and one of your buses decided to get into the left lane and then wasn’t even able to maintain their lane! Then proceeded to blow past vehicles going close to 80mph! Not safe and no regard for the rules of the road! Dangerous especially with paying passengers on board.

I have been responsible contracting with Executive Transportation for four trips. Each one has been a good experience. The driver was always on time. The drivers have always been pleasant and careful. They added to the enjoyment of the trip. The staff at Executive Transportation was helpful in developing the plan for each event and kept us informed of details that made it easy to connect with the driver and handle last minute changes. We will certainly use them for future events.

DO NOT BOOK FOR YOUR WEDDING. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Executive Transportation for my wedding on June 1st, 2024. There were numerous issues that significantly disrupted our special day. Firstly, we were overcharged by $400+. Despite paying a *down payment* of $412.50, our card was charged the full invoice amount of instead of the remaining balance on the day of the event.
