The staff are pretty nice. They just never answer the phone and I have a big problem with this, don’t no why they have I 5 star rating my car insurance was late because I couldn’t pay on the app. Or on the voice payment by making a phone call an talking with machine. So when I can’t get the people on the phone at excutuive insurance all day long an yesterday and no one is calling me back that is a problem probably about to change my insurance they are thru national general and they have rasied the price on me 3 times before ... read more
