My husband and I had a good experience with Allen. We were able to secure a delayed tax return more than a year after we were owed it. Very happy to have obtained that!
Extremely unprofessional experience. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in doing her job. She made assumptions, cut the conversation short, and told me to find someone else. This interaction demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Guys it's coming up on tax season once again. I used this guy because I needed help. He was very difficult to work with. I tried several times to meet with him in person,but he canceled every time. Don't make the same mistake I did wasting your time and money. Even his wife was very NASTY when we called. I would not recommend using these people
