Absolutely joke of a strata company
Absolutely appalling strata management. The building manager is constantly nowhere to be found. Trying to get hold of anyone is a nightmare, and when you finally do, the attitude is rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. Every conversation feels like they could not care less. The way they organise fire inspections is ridiculous. Instead of giving residents a proper appointment time, they just say anytime between 7am and 4pm, which means owners are expected to waste an entire day waiting around. Very bad experience with this company. Bad practice in promising my building to keep their “levies low” just to win the management, then don’t propose sustainable budgets, transferring funds from capital to admin to bandaid fix cashflow, but ultimately draining all our capital works money.
Excellent company to work with great staff and management.
