It’s unbelievable no contact at all on the invoice issued by Executive Group. And no email contact available on its website. I have no idea where to verify an invoice received out of normal strata fee.
Excellent Strata Manager. Communication is everything and these guys seem to do it well. We’ve had some large project work in our building that Executive Strata are doing a great job at managing on the committees behalf.

We recently switched to Executive Strata for our block of 5 townhouses, and the difference has been incredible. Communication is clear, issues are handled quickly, and everything feels far more organised and proactive compared to our previous strata company. A special mention to Sylvia, our strata manager, who is excellent—professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the building and its residents. We’re very happy with the change and would highly recommend Executive Strata.
Our Strata Committee was finally able to terminate our 6 year contract with the previous strata manager- Netstrata. Compared to the previous strata manager, Executive Strata is so much more personable and easier to work and communicate with. Executive is very proactive and willing to go the extra mile and very transparent with their servicing charges and charge out situations. Executive is highly recommended for both Strata Management and Building Management services.
