We've been renting a storage unit since 2008, using it regularly to exchange winter/summer items as needed. Perhaps you'd like to go around to spray WD40 on the locks as we sometimes have difficulty getting the key in and out of the lock. Or maybe there could be some kind of flap over the padlock to protect it from refreezing in wintet.
Great safe and secured place to store your items. Lockers are clean and dry, prices are fair, and the property is well kept!
