Requested a quote for my wedding online. Didn't hear back. Called in, explained that I requested a quote and didn't hear back. Person on the phone looked up my query, and said, oh, we have a six hour minimum for limo service, that's probably why you didn't hear back. For limos, we require a 6 hour minimum. I dont understand why a business' acceptable procedure would be to ignore a customer's quote request when the request can't be met due to minimum hourly requirements set by the business. They were great to work with! The drivers were excellent, the cars were beautiful, and they got us everywhere on time. I would definitely use their service again.
The driver was a bit early and waited until I went outside to greet me and take my luggage. He was polite, professional and a good driver. A perfect experience!
