We have a kitchenette in our room. Didn’t sleep well at all. I asked my kids to bring a plate for me while I tried to get an extra attempt at some sleep. My kids we hounded around by an employed, forced to throw food away that they were bringing me into my room that had a kitchenette. Employed claiming no food in the room because you get bugs. I would give it 5stars but the water was shut off while taking a shower. It came back on but was very inconvenient
I stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter, and this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. The issues started right away. The TV remote either didn’t work or worked extremely slowly, and I had to go down to the front desk to get a replacement. We were also only given 2 towels for our entire stay, and when I went to request more, staff were rarely at the front desk.
