ACOUSTIC NIGHTMARE. Soooo noisy, no sound proofing, no proper light proofing of windows, HARD BED & PILLOWS like sand bag hard and don’t accept travel mastercard! If sensitive to noise in any way, run for your life. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I typically stay at mid-priced hotels, not extravagant. The worst part is the ABSENCE of sound proofing. All day long I could hear stomping, walking, slamming and banging from 3 PM-10 PM. We had the opportunity to stay here for 4 days. Service was exceptional, rooms were clean and the restaurant had great food. Highly recommend this hotel. My son has been at this hotel for almost 3 weeks as well, he has nothing but great things to say about his stay.
By far the worst customer service experience from Bijal. Needs some refreshers on customer service and hospitality.
