Waste of time
Executive properties doesn’t like to rent to people of color. I heard people for years say that they aren’t qualified for certain homes and the reasons are bogus. I applied anyways. The very first applicant on a house. I was applying site unseen because they family was still in the home. There were maybe 20 other applicants. I received an email stating my rental history was great but due to 2 missed car payments (late not missed) last year they found a more qualified candidate.
