I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. This has not been a one-time issue — it has been an ongoing pattern of poor maintenance and sanitation in the St. Paul building (St. Catharines). Over several weeks, I have repeatedly reported serious problems in common areas, including biohazard materials in stairwells (Bio waste (stool) that remained for days and was not promptly disinfected, and used sanitary products left for 3 days), persistent foul odors, and a garbage room t... read more
