I used David and Executive Pools for over two years. Week after week, month after month, year after year, my pool had issues and problems. I am adding text screenshots here to show how many issues I had. And as the other reviewer here states, I was charged for things that were never done or not done properly. David has been taking care of my pool for 11 years now, and my pool is COMPLICATED! Its almost 50,000 gallons and irregular V-shaped. He has maintained all of the commercial grade equipment and fixed everything I have at one time or another, for a very reasonable price.

I rarely write bad reviews of anything but the service from Executive was so unbelievably poor I can't let anyone else experience it. I have an entire timeline of events in which they let me down but long story short, not a single thing that they said would happen through their service happened when and how they claimed and at the end of the day with a green pool after saying "I'll be back in a few days" I didn't hear from them again for over a month. David, the owner, and his crew have opened and closed our pool for several years. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and offers very fair pricing. This year, he installed a new heater , repaired plumbing and our pump. He was honest and straightforward about the job and his work is excellent. We highly recommend Executive Pool Services.
