I am a new tenant here. Guielle Montero helped me since the first step with all the process. My apartment is nice, and the building is a quite place. Anselmo the maintenance person also was very welcome with us.
I've lived here since i was born and i may have been that kid from 9-10 years ago that would steal people's decorations outside and return them sometimes.I was also always in the grassy fields areas playing with snails or worms or digging rocks out of the soil.Manager was definitely was fed up but i mean I was a kid and kids just do kid stuff😭I still live here though and i think the apartments have gotten alot calmer now and the kids I'd say are less disruptive.We get occasional stray cats which is pretty nicee.
The manager is very rude and disrespectful
The manager Guiselle was easy to reach and quick to respond to any issues.
