Every step of the loan process went remarkably well. Mark Jacques and the staff went above and beyond, all doing a great job processing my VA Loan and keeping me in the loop with constant updates. I'd like to mention that two other big name banking institutions shied away from the VA loan process and tried to convince me to go with a traditional loan, their attitudes change at the very mention of a VA loan.
