Executive Mailers was an answer to prayer for our organization. They are very organized and masters of communication, which helps us ensure the quality and timelines of our projects. We switched to them after a disappointment with the lack of communication from other local print shops. I have been using their services for 6 months. It has been nothing short of pulling teeth. Major problems with setting up accounts and maintaining the machine. Nobody answers their phone and they don't send invoices before shutting off your account. Just an overall bad experience where very little went right. I never imagined a company refusing money and trying so hard to not get your account set up and correctly active. I will be shopping for someone new to use for my mail meter.
