I have purchased my ticket for 4:00 p.m. and the bus left before 3:40pm. They gave me a later bus and I had finally gotten home around 10:00 p.m. I wake up at 3:30 for work. Most definitely deserve a one star.
They do not follow the schedules listed on their website. I purchased a ticket for a 10:45 AM departure. I arrived at 9:40 AM, but the kiosk representative told me the van was already full and had left at 10:00 AM. It seems they oversell tickets, making the service more of a first-come, first-served situation rather than a guaranteed reservation.
