Saw them close the door and drive off on a paid passanger leaving the woman stranded! Driver was extremely rude and i think wanted the lady to give him her passport and documents. Seemed like he wanted to steal her documents
This company is the worst company ever. Extremely unprofessional drivers with no accountability from corporate.
Unprofessional, rude, left passengers stranded at the border due to driver's attitude. No one wants to take accountability and all of a sudden nobody knows the driver's name. Beware of this company
