I would not do business with these people I hire them 3 moths ahead of time for my daughter’s quinceañera and they cancel on us. I verify a day before to check if everything was good to. Go and on the day of the event they cancel on us. The excuse is the driver was sick. They should have a back up driver you think. Also from the beginning we try to get a hold of them and no body was in the office and no body will answer the phone I had to call 3 times before making a deal. Terrible customer service. We had a limousine rented for an event, they sent us a confirmation code and everything the day before and they canceled the morning of the event! So unprofessional 0 star's!
If I could give zero star, I would I ORDERED AN SUV FROM EXECUTIVE TO PICK UP MY PASSENGER THE OWNER KYLE PICKED THEM UP AND TOOK THEM. EVERYTHING OK UNDER RETURN HE GAVE ME DRIVING NAME TO PICK THEM UP FOUR DAYS LATER. DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN I CALLED UP. KYLE TOLD ME HE'S ON VACATION TODAY, so why did you assign the job to him? I had to call Uber last minute. I got an Uber to pick up my passenger with an SUV and take them to the airport not reliable. Do not use your car will never show up.

I missed a flight due to Uber/Lyft cancelling my reservations, would’ve missed my next flight if Kyle from Executive Limo didn’t pick me up. Excellent service and cost effective.
