We have used this car service for year. Even in the snow, they were beyond reliable, on time and the driver was very cautious. Cars the cars are in great condition. We will continue to use Executive Limousine as long as they are in business.

I have been using various limo services on L.I. for over 25+ years and Exec Limo is by far the best service my family and I have experienced. Always prompt, maintain communication with customer via all avenues available, (Text, e-mail, phones) and ALL personnel, from office staff to drivers, are courteous and customer service centered. Most importantly, they are Always there waiting for us upon arrival!! ie.....Recent return flight from Vegas was 3 hours late in taking off and EL was there at 130 AM to pick me up!! This was my first time using Executive Limousine and wow, was I impressed. I have used other limousine companies in the past, but everything I was promised was delivered. The driver was prompt, even early. Heading to the airport with a bunch of young children makes anyone anxious. The driver was so courteous, helpful, and the limo was incredible. Executive Limousine has the most accommodating, friendly, courteous and professional staff that I have encountered in any industry in a long time. I'm not saying I deal with folks who are not as kind as those at Executive, but I am saying this is the consistent experience that I continue to receive. I am referring to everyone from the office staff to the drivers themselves. It is a pleasure to do business with this company. (And oh yeah - I don't have to drive!!)
