This company does the lawn care for my rental property.
Brian and his company(EL) have taken care of our personal property and apartment building for about 15years. They do what they say. They also take care of plowing for our apartment building. Brian has always come across as a professional business owner and nice guy in my opinion.
Second time in the last 5 years that they've come out and fertilized our half acre property right before or during a heatwave. According to most resources on Google, this can damage roots and kill grass quicker.
