August was cleaning the self serve bays and I had to wait due to the other bays being used. August have me a free carwash for having to wait. He did an excellent job cleaning the bays as well.
Absolute waste of $18.
Often not busy, but it can be at times. That's probably a sign that people are reasonably satisfied with the service. (I do think my car comes out clean.) Given the automated washes, I wish it were cheaper, but maybe it's more reasonable than I think. Edit: So pricing hasn't improved since my first review. Although I can say the car comes out mostly clean, I often find water spots on mirrors and windows. A fair wash to be sure, but not perfect. Absolutely pathetic!! You close the wash down for a whole year to "remodel" it....now that its open again, there are useless lights and NO PRESSURE out of the self serve bays!! The auto wash spits out pointless blobs of uneven coverage of something?? i don't even know what it is or what it does!!!!! Before the shut down, the pumps were the best out of any car wash i have ever been to. These are sad day's for Indianola!!!! Use to be my favorite wash. Now min $12 on automatic and undercarriagetire wash is short. I like to wash my own. When using self wash it takes a long time to get soap and when done soaking it takes a long time to get rinse water that is soap free.
