If you have a Corvette, good luck getting the wash to start! I used the bay furthest to the left. However, when I went to another one down the row, the wash worked fine.
I have been going to this car wash for years, but now I likely will not go back. The first time I swiped my card it gave a communication error, and restarted the transaction, so I swiped my card a second time. Come to find out, my card got charged twice and they have no phone number online to contact them, only a Google Form. I filled out the Google Form requesting a refund, and got a response the next day, but from a no reply email. Overpriced, you’re better off going to a Kwik Star car wash. Bad customer service - if you accidentally get overcharged good luck getting your money back. After using their service for years I’m done with them. Save your money and go literally anywhere else
