My car just got hit with water and water only. And the dryers didn’t even come on. Waste of 18 dollars. No one to talk to or refund. Absolute shit wash.
If you have a Corvette, good luck getting the wash to start! I used the bay furthest to the left. However, when I went to another one down the row, the wash worked fine.
I have been going to this car wash for years, but now I likely will not go back. The first time I swiped my card it gave a communication error, and restarted the transaction, so I swiped my card a second time. Come to find out, my card got charged twice and they have no phone number online to contact them, only a Google Form. I filled out the Google Form requesting a refund, and got a response the next day, but from a no reply email.
