We had a stained coverlet and it was explained away as oil. But I have never seen white oil. Then our extra blanket had a cigarette burn. Check in on my reservation was 2 when I called was told sorry but you can’t check in til 3..... when we checked out mgr on duty didn’t even seem to be worried about making things right with us. We are planning on being in the area again soon and will not be returning to this establishment!
