Nice room. Where we needed it. We booked through hotels.com and they advertise a free breakfast, this was not accurate. Very disappointing.
They charged me $20 for my service animal and when I checked out they said they were keeping it. I explained it's a service animal there not allowed to do that. The owner after yelling and arguing told me NOT TO COME BACK AGAIN! I didn't do anything wrong except ask for my money back because the law states they can't charge me! Since he has to return the money for a law that wasn't created by me I'm told I'm not allowed again.
