Clean and safe.
This building allows residents to smoke inside of the apartments and there is no good insulation around the doors. The hallways are filled with smoke(cigarette and weed). The smoke even gets inside of the non smoking neighbors apartments. President of the board lied about trying to make this place nonsmoking. If smoke doesn't bother you, this place is not bad.
Nicely managed cooperative in Albany. Nice people, great location, super convenient to everything.
