Building itself is great very well kept. However, management Sean and Amy in my opinion are 2 faced. They dont respect or care about the well being of African Americans. 10a is a nuisance and management never cared about my concerns with 10a being aggressive and disrespectful on 2 occasions. 10a and management is the reason I terminated my lease 2 months ahead of time. Get rid 10a and Amy, Sean. Then Executive homes can get 5 stars.
Clean and safe.
This building allows residents to smoke inside of the apartments and there is no good insulation around the doors. The hallways are filled with smoke(cigarette and weed). The smoke even gets inside of the non smoking neighbors apartments. President of the board lied about trying to make this place nonsmoking. If smoke doesn't bother you, this place is not bad.
