Love my new home! Executive Homes has been a pleasure to work with, appreciate their timely communication process, and regular informative status updates. We have been in our home now for 2 1/2 years. Jeremy, the warranty manager is incredible! Recently, we had a high shell fall in our master bedroom. It could’ve been extremely dangerous, but luckily we were not home. Even being outside of our Warranty window, he still came and saw the issue realized that the contractor did not nail into studs and fixed everything with them free of charge. So thankful for him really caring about the work on our Family, safety, and our home!
What we've really liked so far in our new home was the the foam insulation, wood floors, HVAC system, and the garage doors Jeremy, the warranty specialist is one of the best, the landscaping design was done beautifully from shades of green
