very rude people... stay away from them...I spent my valuable time in designing a beautiful home for us with the help of sales person.. sales person was very nice and polite, but office people insulted us and instigated us to cancel our deal as we negotiated one single item. Glad we did not pay any earnest money. None of them want to have a phone conversation. I am surprised to see how they are in market even after such rude behavior.
