Nice people, but after sale customer service is terrible. It's been nearly 2 years since my home was delivered. And there are still many issues covered under the initial installation that continue to be ignored. After numerous emails and phones calls to both Executive Homes and the Clayton factory in Sacramento, none of these issues have been addressed. And it's as if their policy is to ignore clients long enough in the hope they will just go away. Not a great business model. I feel I've we've been extremely patient. ... read more
