I been calling for weeks r yall shut down are did yall close
The services provided by Executive Home Care have been superb. From the In Home Care Staff to the Office Personnel, to the Director. Everyone has been awesome. The In Home Care Staff that has cared for my mother all have been professional and very attentive to her needs. Thumbs up thus far.
The worst company to work for they try to get you out of a better paying position when you call out and lie saying the client would rather keep the new aid when that was a bold face lie when that case ended they said they have no more cases but they put up a new help wanted and when you call and ask latisha states that the health care business but tell me they have no cases. So basically who have to kiss but to get good cases.
Used Executive while my father was in rehab and I wasn’t confident in the level of attention he would get. From first contact with billing, through scheduling and the in house RN, the management was outstanding. Responsive, flexible, caring, and efficient. That was before we even got carers attending to my father, and they were every bit as exceptional as the management. Great staff in office. Latasha and Majuhid are very helpful and professional . My new health care aide Debra is great. I would highly recommend this agency to all who need some help.
