Absolutely pathetic customer service. When you need emergency warranty repair in 2 degree temperatures they still make you wait, apparently there tech workers finish before 3pm, leaving customers with no heating. Would never recommend them.
I installed my system through them with a six-year warranty. Recently, the unit developed problems; I called and received a prompt response, but the technician said there was no gas issue. However, a recent inspection by an external company clearly revealed a lack of gas causing the problem. Won’t recommend.
Sienna Homes new build - whole house reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning. It had a loud gurgling noise and would not meet temperature - Executive checked and said this is normal. Had to seek service tech through Daikin (good service) found the system had only a third of the required refrigerant. Daikin installed the proper amount correctly and now no noise, heats the house in no time flat and at half the energy consumption. Very bad customer service. We helped our friend (overseas)to organise the installation, the appointment is 7am. My husband went to our friend’ s house at 7am and waited till 9. He called the company about 30 mins and finally get connected. They asked :did you get a missed call on Friday, we said no. And they said oh sorry your appointment has been canceled and we did not have a chance to update you. What? Can your company be professional?
