Looking back, I do not think that clinic served me well considering I am a neurodivergent. I do not trust Betsy Klein the dietician because she misunderstood me (and even made me emotional). She was dead wrong about my problems and because of that I will always resent her. She completely was in the wrong about my dieting troubles and I will always resent her and her methodology. I have been a patient of Dr. Diaz at Executive Health in Coral Gables for over two years. My previous physician would make me wait a long time, only to have some PA see me for 5 minutes and them come in an hour later to look at a chart for 2 minutes and prescribe medication. Having a practice that takes the time to know their patient in order to properly diagnose them and is respectful of a patients time by having appointments start on time is priceless.
If I could rate this office zero stars I would but unfortunately, I can’t the lowest I can go is one star . Which is what they deserve From the phone answering to the doctors having no knowledge its terrible. The girl who answered my phone couldn’t even speak English correctly I didn’t understand her at all then I get there and the front desk person is sleeping on the side of the table , and woke up to the door slamming . Today it is a rare medical office that you call and you can actually get a person on the line that can help you. This is one of those offices. I've never had any problems with obtaining an appointment in a reasonable time frame either. Dr. Diaz certainly spends a reasonable amount of time with me and answers any and all my questions. I am treated well too. So I ask what else would anyone expect from a physician's office.
I have been a patient of Dr. Diaz for over 5 years now, and my experience has been fantastic. The care has been personal and effective, I am not sure if there is another doctor around that allows short-notice appointments to the degree that this office does, especially these days. While there is a bit of an increased expense using this office, I have always find it to be reasonable and acceptable given the level of service I receive.
