We recently moved into a new house with carpeting in the basement. Due to time and scheduling constraints, we opted for DIY solution with a Rug Doctor rental. This helped somewhat for a few months, but in reality we needed a professional service. Executive Green Carpet cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets 2 years ago, so I made an appointment to have them cleaned again. Dave and Ben once again did a terrific job! They are very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had an area rug that had some significant stains on it, and they made it look as good as the day we purchased it!!!
The crew did a great job, even got out some spots I didn't think they could! Rugs are over 20 years old, but look brand new! The crew couldn't have been nicer. Also shout out to Kelly who was able to fit us in on very short notice to accommodate pending house guests. GREAT JOB, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
This was our second time using Executive Green. They did such an outstanding job the first time, we called them again. Another outstanding job! From the online scheduling, to the pre-appointment communications, to the thorough cleaning, through the final, e-mailed receipt, the entire process could not have been any better. And everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. Why can't all service providers be like this?
