Best carpet cleaning both times they were here. Carpet was practically dry when they left.
Executive Green Carpet cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets 2 years ago, so I made an appointment to have them cleaned again. Dave and Ben once again did a terrific job! They are very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had an area rug that had some significant stains on it, and they made it look as good as the day we purchased it!!!
The crew did a great job, even got out some spots I didn't think they could! Rugs are over 20 years old, but look brand new! The crew couldn't have been nicer. Also shout out to Kelly who was able to fit us in on very short notice to accommodate pending house guests. GREAT JOB, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
This was our second time using Executive Green. They did such an outstanding job the first time, we called them again. Another outstanding job! From the online scheduling, to the pre-appointment communications, to the thorough cleaning, through the final, e-mailed receipt, the entire process could not have been any better. And everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. Why can't all service providers be like this?
I have had them in the past and they were great. I asked the guy who came this time if he was going to wear different shoes. He said no once he comes in he doesn't go out again till work is done..what?. No booties. Then said he couldn't get spots out by chair and couch though he went over it t wice. No spot remover? Was here at most 15-20 min. Pay attention to who you send Executive Green. Very disappointing this time. Can no longer recommend.
