Poor services. Ordered through Just Flowers from Hawaii to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday 11/2/25. Florist failed to make the delivery on her birthday instead stated they tried to deliver the day before, but no one was home, the front desk lady at my daughter's apartment was willing to take the delivery but the driver did not want to leave it with her. My sister ordered me flowers from out of state. The pumpkin was delivered a day late and missing the pumpkin top to the canister. Included video of delivery, you can see by the man moving them around, no lid was present with order.
Ordered for a birthday gift and gave instructions on type of flowers using their website as a reference. Did not receive what I ordered.
