Just ordered for Valentines...VERY disappointed...not as advertised...main reason I order from this place is the proximity to the delivery address. Second, I focus on the flower vase...wanted something more contemporary. They sent your typical dollar store vase. Balloons did not have enough helium, they were $11.99, and a small box of chocolates, and they were, literally, $1 box of chocolates, when I paid $9.99. Total came out to $163. Will not be ordering from them again. My order was a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 1. I got there at around 1:15 and when I arrived my order wasn't ready. Not only that, but it was obvious that they hadn't even started on it. When I received it the arrangement looked rushed and the roses used looked old. The bouquets at sprouts are prettier than what I received.
I ordered via 1-800- Flowers. Executive Flowers reported flowers delivered that, in fact, were not delivered and refused to deliver a replacement arrangement authorized by 1-800-flowers. Some manager at Executive Flowers told the recipient to pick them up herself if she wanted the flowers, and they would be in a clear vase, not the one that was ordered. He was rude and argumentative.
I loved the flowers from Executive Flowers! They were so pretty and exactly what I was looking for. The arrangement looked even better in person. Great experience overall!
