I had an absolutely lovely experience with this florist, as someone with not the most knowledge of flowers I was given so much help and assistance with my choices. my girlfriend loves the flowers and I’m so grateful I got the help that I received to make her day better

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife on mother's day to pick up over a week in advance. I was clearly and specifily mentioned the flowers need to be "pink" and "very pink". However the day I went to pick up my flowers. It's only got a few very light pink flowers, the rest were white and red. Spoke to the staff right away about my disappointment. My Husband bought me flowers from here for my Birthday. When I unwrapped them to put into a vase, a couple had quite slimey stems. They were beautiful colours......... Unfortunately they only lasted a day or two! He bought me flowers from here last year, they still looked fresh after a week. Very disappointing, especially for the price as well!
