Very disappoint after confirming multiple times that my insurance is in network and asking them the exam is cover 100% them confirming. As I check out my appt I had to $190 out of pocket. I definitely will not be going back because the lack of communication costed me $190. Most doc office they tell me what my deductible, copay, and how much is covered even after I asked and it was confirmed that the exam is covered. Now that I read other review it’s seems to be a common mistake they make. Be careful
Great service. Pleasant staff. I lost my glasses on Friday. On Monday, Called for an appointment. It would have been the following Thursday. They called back not even 15 minutes later with a cancellation and was able to go in the same day. It was very much appreciated.
Dr Vaidya is a very professional and compassionate clinician. She was very thorough with my examination and answered all my questions clearly. She also ordered my glasses. I was completely satisfied with Dr. Vaidya and her staff and would highly recommend them.
I'm happy with the practice. I've been a patient since Dr. Nymczick and my currentDr.. Dr. Vaidya is wonderful. Dr. Patel treated me today for an eye emergency and I'm appreciative they fit me into their schedule. I recommend this office for a kind, patient approach to care. Thank you once again.
