Verbally Abusive Customer Service Expected me to wait at airport for 1.75 hours for a shuttle after flight was delayed, and refused a refund. Verbally abusive customer service!!! I arrived 10 minutes late because of a flight delay. The shuttle left without me, which is understandable.
