Strange repeating charge appeared on credit card I've had good experience with Vista print, but now bad. They had some bizarre opt-out add on in my order for a privacy protection subscription that I didn't want. I didn't know it was Vista print that started it until my second call to the agency that offers the "service". Actually there IS no service. It is just talk about privacy but no actual service. printing Vistaprint.com provided free business cards and mailers for free. Just paid for postage. Got glossy, high quality business cards with beautiful graphic designs and shipped them quickly.
VISTA PRINT MAILING ERROR - NOT FUNNY! I ordered business cards from this company as I have done for the past 2 years +. Instead of receiving my business cards in the mail that were paid in full up front, I received a box with a dirty bra in it that smelled of petrol. The return address is the correct address for Vista Print, I phoned the phone number and it was Vista Print, was on hold for 10 mins. VistaPrint Their prices are very good, but they have the WORST customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. They are not very helpful and are not very articulate.
