Like I said in multiple spaces , these owners are a scam and theifs. They acquired the facility illegally and do not have the proper licenses to operate. The fire suppression system is outdated and the run off from the paint side flows into the river located in the back which is national preservation land . They also have a tenant living on property without a C/O. They do not have licensed techs and terrible relationships With the insurance industry .
Our car has been setting at their shop for 2 months waiting for seat belts I don’t know why they keep saying this when I just spent 5 minutes on goggle and them. And the funny thing is that they a commercial on tv saying that they don’t have any problems getting parts out right lie I would never recommend them for anything.
Let me start by saying that our vehicle was repaired adequately and in a timely manner. With that said, I have nothing else positive to say about Professionals Auto Body (PAB). Before you consider using PAB check out their insurance ranking chart on their website. According to them there are only 3 insurance companies (Cincinnati, Erie, and Geico) that rate above poor or terrible out of thirty companies. The biggest mistake we made was bringing our vehicle to you was not doing enough research and investigation in your shady ways, but just trusting your convincing manipulative commercials. I have since read every review that I could find and can count on my fingers how many positive experiences people have had. Only nightmare after nightmare.
