ECHM started out seeming professional enough — communication was fine leading up to the in-home estimate. But once that was done, I had to chase them just to get the actual cleaning dates confirmed. Even after we finally settled on times, those kept changing. I called Denise to do a move in clean and her team did a fantastic job! She came and gave me a reasonable quote, set a date and they came and cleaned every nook and cranny, very impressed and will definitely use them again!
I would not recommend executive cleaning service. We used the service on and off for 3 years. However during that time, the quality of cleaning went down, and it was not consistent. We had a set out schedule of when the cleaners were supposed to come, and on numerous occasions the cleaners did not show up. When contacting the owner at the phone number on all the business cards and website, unresponsive. We had to discontinue our services. The quality changed and they were no longer reliable.
Spiffy Clean & Executive Cleaning are in similar business but not competing. We have been confidently using and recommending Executive Cleaning for over 10 years to home owners for residential and carpet cleaning. Our partnership and reputation has blossomed as a result of their great service and professionalism. Thanks EC!
