Careless, less than professional, beware! – ZERO stars. Rude, do not care for customers. I entrusted them with my expensive comforter for dry-cleaning and it was damaged. They offered no recompense and made it seem somehow this was our fault. They basically washed their hands of the incident. I complained and they decided to send it to an "independent garment analysis"; this "independent" company is actually the one that sells them dry-cleaning products...
