We use them all the time and love them!
I used this dry cleaner for several years. They are very harsh on shirts. We had to have buttons constantly replaced, even on new shirts. They lost one of my husband’s shirts and we verified it was not in the stack before I left the store. I initially spoke with the owner and she said she would try to find the shirt. The lady at the counter advised me that they would give me a store credit; however, the owner would need to work out the amount.
