This is my 5th time using them. I have continued to go there on the understanding that each item is $2.50 to press. Every week I drop off ten items total, and every week I’ve had to pay $37-$40. Every week I ask the lady, “I thought it was $2.50 to press each item?”. Every week she says, “it is…” then why do I keep paying $40 to press ten items. This was my second time with this cleaners. Credit card malfunction means they are closed today. No emergency number provided. Sorry for the inconvenience. They have my wedding dress and won’t be open until after the wedding. So I’ll be spending the rest of the day looking for another dress. An emergency number could have prevented this negative review.
