Hi my booking was paid and was cancelled at the last minute after trying to reach a live person to confirm. No working numbers and I started to worry . At 10pm last night the booking was cancelled due to mechanical issue . Said that he would process a refund last night with last four of card number . I followed up this morning and he asked me to take a picture of my ID held next to me to verify and send to him which I did not do when I had asked him for proof that he processed the refund . DO NOT BOOK WITH EXECUTIVE CLASS RENTALS; they cannot be trusted! They have the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time! One of reference numbers (they sent 4 different ones) is 34521150, so Sean Matheis cannot say I am a fake review. Also Sean and his family reviewed the company, including Grammy, Sean, Executive Support and Brandy. The whole process had been a nightmare, honestly. Hats off to Executive Cass Rental! Great customer service, communication with staff member was terrific. A Great selection of Beautiful Luxurious cars and very clean! I highly recommend Executive Class Rentals!!!
