I had an appointment scheduled for Friday at 10:00 AM, so I took off work to be available. They never showed up and never called. After waiting a few hours, I finally called them myself. The guy said he remembered talking to me on Tuesday, but admitted he forgot to write the appointment down. He then told me he could come Saturday morning at 10:00 AM.
