We had amazing service. We visit often from Los Angeles. We use car companies for airport trips and wine tasting in Napa valley. After a less then stellar experience with another company we hired executive charters for a pick up at STS airport friday and a wine tasting in Napa Saturday. Awesome experience.... After having another company flake out they saved our day!!!! Me and the girls did a 6 hour wine tour this past weekend. 20 in our group. The youngest in our group is the bride to be in August. We thought of a fun idea to all go out and let our hair down, so to speak. The reservation process was a breeze and Executive Charters made our itinerary. Bus showed on time and it was a beautiful bus with lots of modern amenities. Driver was very polite and helped carry our wine purchases.
I use this company regularly for my employees. And recently this past weekend for a shuttle bus for my daughters wedding. Nice clean buses, very experienced in service provided. I did not know anything about organizing a shuttle service and they took care of everything.
Bus did not arrive, which significantly impacted our plans for the day. My calls were not returned and no refund was issued. Do not book.
